Available Services.
Fixed Bid.
This method reflects a clients desire to carry out the design using their own team, separate from the construction team. The project is then competitively tendered. We are more than happy to perform projects on a fixed bid, firm price basis. With a lump sum contract, we can carry out the entire project from commencement to completion; or, only the portions of the project for which our expertise is required.
Design Build.
Design Build is characterized by a single point of responsibility for the project. The Design builder takes on both the design and construction services under one contract. We have been involved with many design-build projects, generally taking the lead role, and in many cases also acting as the owners representative. By ‘owning’ the entire project, we are more able to ensure they are completed on, or ahead of schedule, on, or below budget, to a standard which exceeds the project requirements.
General Contracting.
We are also available to work as a General Contractor on a cost plus basis. We specialize in building commercial spaces and large scale multi-family residential, but also include retail, franchise build-outs, hospitality, offices, industrial, medical and government.
Project Management.
Rogue Construction can manage your project from conception through to completion. Our Project Management covers a multitude of functions which may include all or part of: the selection, overseeing and directing of consultants and/or construction team, the planning process, budgeting, scheduling and managing trade disciplines (including all sub-contractors) to name a few.
Construction Management.
Rogue Construction provides construction management services, either on or off site, ensuring the overall management of the construction process. Our construction management ensures that all aspects of the site run smoothly and enables the project to be carried out and completed in an efficient, cost effective and expeditious manner. This is generally done in conjunction with the project management function as the two are intrinsically linked. We usually recommend that the project management and construction management services are taken together.
